Most players wouldn’t move their cards around, since their wasn’t any real reason to move them/ But the rules didn’t specify that cards could be moved around. ![]() When players play cards, they would place it in the respective zones. ![]() Each player can place down a total of five cards in the front and back row. There is also another two zones located between the Monster and Spell/Trap Zones, called Scales, but they aren’t too important. The Graveyard is located in the top right corner, the deck is placed in the low right hand corner, Field Spells (which were spell cards that affected all cards on the field) were placed in the top left and the Extra Deck Monsters (which were reserved from Fusion, Synchros and Xyz monsters) were placed in the bottom left. They could be place in their respective zone, with Monsters placed in the front row, while Spell/Traps being placed in the backrow. In the old rules, all cards can be divided into two catagories Monster and Spell/Traps. But before we get to those, we need to understand the old rules about card placement. And though these effects would be useless, as they didn’t impacted the meta, it idea did resurface later on in the Link’s format. But Cyberdark Impact did provide with an interesting concept, with cards that change the position of certain cards. This booster pack didn’t have any relevant cards at the time, with those that were relevant were focus on continuously preventing the player from doing certain actions, which are known as floodgates. But one particular booster pack stand out from the rest as being the most worst booster pack, and that was Cyberdark Impact. And as with any trading card games, there are many booster packs for deck construction or to get people to buy their products. From a simple game about magicians summoning creatures to a card game about summoning the most monsters you can in one turn. Yu-Gi-Oh is a long running children trading card game, which has evolved over the coming years.
